Minutes and by-laws of the Iowa and Utah Fruit-Growing Association, 1890-1920.

Record book used for both Iowa and Utah Fruit-Growing Association, and Booth & Booth, Attorneys. The Iowa and Utah Fruit-Growing Association portion covers the period of Dec. 3, 1890-Feb. 4, 1897, and includes articles of incorporation (p.114-119), by-laws (p. 121-124), and minutes (p. 1-35) for stockholder meetings, officers and board of trustee meetings, and board of director meetings. The Booth & Booth records (p. 36-113) cover the period of Jan. 1913-Dec. 1915 and include reports of cases, an index, and a list of estates and legal actions taken with them. Inserted between pages 7 and 145 are receipts, invoices, post-cards, and letters of past-due notices, many of which mention J.E. Booth, A.L. Booth, or Booth & Booth, and date from Nov. 1912-Apr. 1916, with one addressed to Booth & Booth from July 1920.
